Lift With Tiff focuses on 4 main compound movements: squat, bench press, deadlift, and overhead press. Athletes will learn how to lift properly and with a purpose. In addition to the main movement of the day, athletes will learn accessory movements to help build their foundation.
Each days workout varies, incorporating both heavy days, dynamic days, and accessory movements. All classes will end with a 15 minute stretch and foam roll session to help the athletes fully recover and get the most out of their training.
