Our Sports Performance Training!

Core Performance is an educational facility that helps individuals improve their overall athletic performance. Our training programs teach all aspects of speed development including start, lateral movements, and top end speed. Our strength development program focuses on proper technique, explosiveness, core-strength development, lateral agility, and dynamic flexibility. The residual effect of this type of training is injury prevention. Our elite coaching staff holds certifications from NSCA, NASM, USA Weightlifting, CrossFit, and hold degrees in Human Performance or Kinesiology.

Youth Program
(Ages 8-11)

Mon.- Fri. 4:45 pm & Sat 10:15 am

This program is designed for High School Athletes to prepare them for their high school sports and competing at the next level. During the 60-minute session, the athletes will focus on injury prevention through dynamic warm-up, core strength, top end speed, and explosive strength through our Olympic weightlifting program.

Developmental Programs
(Ages 12-14)

Mon.- Fri. 5:30 pm & Sat. 9:30 am

This program works with Middle School Athletes to prepare them for the next level. During an intense 60-minute session, athletes focus on flexibility, injury prevention, core strength, acceleration and lateral movement mechanics, and explosive strength via Olympic weightlifting.

Advanced Program
(Ages 15 – College)

Mon.- Fri. 6:30 pm & Sat. 11:00 am

This program helps Elementary School Athletes increase coordination, balance, running mechanics and overall body awareness. Participants in this program learn proper lifting technique using wooden dowels and medicine balls.

Speed, Power & Agility Can Be Taught!

Most athletes only use a small percentage of their overall athletic capabilities. Typically – biomechanical inefficiencies, inhibited range of body motion, or lack of positive and consistent central nervous system understanding of how to maximize movement – prohibit young athletes from achieving their peak athlete performance.

At Core Sports Performance, our coach’s differentiator is the absolute concentration on educating our athletes on the proper biomechanics of athletics movement, allowing for permanent and positive changes to our clients neuromuscular systems, leading to increased athletic performance on the field of play and reduced chance of acute and overuse injuries.

Our 18,000 sq. ft. training facility is dedicated to teaching the fundamentals of athleticism – Speed, Power and Agility. Our facility has a top notch weight training area, 30 yards of football turf, a 4 lane 60 yard sprint track, and a volleyball/basketball surface area.

Our programs are proven to work, we even guarantee it!

Our program is broken up into three focus areas: Acceleration / first step speed and starts; Top speed or Maximum velocity; and Multi-directional movement including lateral quickness and agility. Each area has its own progression of drills and exercises that gradually teaches each athlete to perfect their movement patterns.

Core Performance, Dublin, is an organization that provides advanced athletic training programs to athletes of all ages and capabilities. Our training programs are lead by a team of Sports Performance Coaches who are all degreed and certified in the science of human performance.
